What is the minimum order for standard and custom lines?
Stocked standard lines: 50 pcs, a deliberately low entry point for trial orders.
Larger pieces with simple customisation: 50 pcs (cat tree series).
Fully custom models: 200 pcs.

How do we get a custom project started?
Send sizes, logo files and function notes by email or through the platform. Within 72 hours you get a draft and a quote; nothing runs until you approve a sample.
Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and balance before shipment, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and L/C for larger orders.

Why is a deposit required on custom orders?
It covers raw material and tooling, and protects both sides if an order is cancelled. The deposit is credited against your final invoice.

How long until delivery?
Samples take 5-7 days; custom orders 7-15 days. Express shipping runs 7-15 days, sea freight 25-35 days.

Do you ship for dropshipping or FBA sellers?
Yes — domestic and cross-border dropshipping, including direct delivery to Amazon FBA or your own overseas warehouse.

What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Photograph and film the carton within 48 hours of arrival. We replace damaged units free of charge, or credit them against your next order.

How long is the after-sales cover?
30 days from delivery. Quality issues that are not caused by handling are replaced or refunded, with a reply inside 24 hours.

What is it made of, and is it pet-safe?
High-density recyclable corrugated board plus food-grade catnip. CE and REACH tested, with no harmful substances added.

Can I change product details after the order is confirmed?
Yes, size/color/function adjustments allowed before mass production. Major changes may extend delivery by2-3 days (we'll notify you).

What is the MOQ on corrugated pet products?
200 pieces per style is the standard minimum, and bulk pricing improves from there. For OEM work the order quantity can be discussed.

Is the material safe for cats?
100% non-toxic, degradable corrugated paper — safe for cats, durable in use, easy on the environment.

Can sizes be customised?
Custom dimensions are no problem; send the specification and we will build to it.

Is design work included?
Yes — design work is free. Send reference material or a rough idea, and we confirm the drawing with you before anything is produced.

What are your standard payment terms?
T/T is our main term: 30% deposit up front, 70% before shipment.

Sea, air and international express — all door to door.

Yes — the sample fee and freight are negotiable and can be credited against your bulk order.
